My Approach
My approach to therapy centers on empowering clients by fostering a collaborative relationship built on trust and respect. I focus on equipping clients with practical tools and skills tailored to their unique strengths and challenges, empowering them to overcome obstacles and achieve personal growth.
“Authenticity is the daily practice of letting go of who we think we’re supposed to be and embracing who we are.”
— Brené Brown
Our Services
You are the expert on yourself, but sometimes it takes the support of a trained professional to help you make sense of everything. I offer a variety of treatment approaches, ensuring you receive the help you need in a way that suits you best.
While I specialize in eating disorder, disordered eating, and body image concerns, I also provide support for a range of other issues, including depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and more.
Individual Therapy
I specialize in therapy for individuals dealing with OCD, scrupulosity, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and more. My individualized approach blends evidence-based therapies like ACT, DBT, and CBT to support your unique journey. I aim to create a nurturing environment where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to achieve personal growth and well-being.
Couples Therapy
Reconnect, revitalize, and renew your relationship with couples therapy. Whether you're facing communication issues, trust problems, intimacy struggles, or major life changes, couples therapy offers a safe space to address these challenges. As a therapist trained in the Gottman method and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), I provide tailored support to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen your emotional connection.
Eating Disorders
As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, a significant portion of my practice concentrates on eating disorder recovery. You will receive specialized support in addressing harmful behaviors and thoughts related to food, body image, and self-esteem. Together, we will work on reclaiming your sense of control and equip you with specific tools to live a full life outside of your eating disorder.
